  4. KEA Online Registration Form (Final Printout)

Karnataka Domicile / State Quota Students

  • Embassy-issued certificate of NRI/OCI sponsor (issued within the last 6 months with official seal) 
  • Sponsor’s Passport & Visa / Resident Visa 
  • Relationship Certificate (blood relation: parent, sibling, aunt/uncle, grandparent) 
  • Tahshildar-signed Family Tree – notarized versions not accepted 
  • NRI Status Proof: bank passbook, visa, OCI card, etc.
  • NRI Sponsorship Affidavit detailing financial commitment

b) Academic & Identity Proof:

  • NEET Admit Card, Score Card
  • Class 10/12 mark sheets & certificates, Migration & Transfer Certificates for foreign boards 
  • Equivalence Certificate from AIU (if qualification is from outside India)
