The HP NEET 2025 counselling for MBBS/BDS to begin tentatively in July 2025. During the counselling process to be held for admission to MBBS, BDS, MDS, BAMS, and BHMS courses, candidates will have to participate in the HP NEET UG Counselling process that will be conducted and organised through the official website at amruhp.ac.in.
The NEET UG results were declared on June 14, 2025. Candidates who qualify for the NEET 2025 will be eligible to participate in various rounds of counselling for HP NEET 2025. The NEET 2025 exam was conducted on May 4, 2025. After the announcement of the results, the HP NEET counselling schedule 2025 will be released soon. Admission to HP MBBS/BDS courses is based on the marks obtained in the NEET 2025 entrance. The Atal Medical and Research University (AMRU), Himachal Pradesh, will conduct counselling for admission to 85 per cent State Quota seats.

HP NEET Counselling 2025: Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates had to fulfil the NEET 2025 eligibility criteria
- Candidates must have qualified for NEET 2025 by scoring more than or equal to the cut-off percentile
Domicile Criteria:
- Parents domiciled in Himachal Pradesh, who passed any two examinations (class 10/ 11/ 12) from an institute located in Himachal Pradesh
- Children of Government of India employees, who fulfil the following criteria:
- The candidate must have passed class 11
- Children of regular employees of the Himachal Pradesh Government
- Parents domiciled in Himachal Pradesh who are working with the Central Government
- Parents domiciled in Himachal Pradesh who are serving in Indian Defence Services/ Ex-Serviceman/Para Military Forces
HP NEET 2025 Counselling: Documents Required for Verification
The following documents were required for verification purposes as a part of counselling formalities. Candidates must present these documents at the allotted institute for verification in the HP NEET UG counselling:
- Passport-sized photograph (preferably the same as the one attached with the application form)
- NEET admit card 2025
- NEET 2025 result and scorecard
